A pipe burst in our home earlier this year. I can't tell you what a pain it was, it impacts your life in every way. Enter SERVPRO. Not only were they professional and considerate, but I ended up with nicer floors than I had before (I had older laminate) and my bathroom fixtures got an upgrade. As crazy as it sounds I'm actually kind of glad it happened. And Glenn and his staff were great through every step of the process. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I definitely know who I'm calling.
