Double the Trouble

It was 12:30am when the owner received a call from a security guard for a four level hotel called the Double Tree Inn located in Diamond Bar. A fire sprinkler in the fourth floor had deployed flooding four floors all the way to the lobby. The terrible thing is that this hotel was empty and had just completed a remodel. They were scheduled for grand opening in one month. The team arrived at 1:30am and extracted water until 8am. We were under pressure to remediate and build back to preloss condition on a 1 month schedule to meet the Grand Opening deadline. Could it be done? Yes! Absolutely because SERVPRO of Diamond is phenomenal at what they do. The Director of the hotel was extremely pleased and in awe of our performance. We received raving compliments and he later was pivotal in securing another large commercial job because of his reference and testimonial report.
